65.1 Sureties No employee of the United States Courts or of the United States Marshal’s Service will be accepted as surety on any bond or undertaking in any proceeding.
65.2 Non-Assignability of Receipts A clerk’s receipt or the claim for the refund of a deposit is not assignable.
